It happens in the blink of an eye. I am looking at a picture of my kids from a summer at the beach 6 years ago. In it my son is in a diaper, his chubby legs dangling in the sand while my daughter holds him from above in her thin arms, kneeling in the sand behind him, because we were worried the sand would be too warm for his feet. It’s a precious moment captured in time. I only have 10 more summers with him, and five more with her. I can’t believe how fast it’s going. Grab your babies and enjoy them.
