By the Lake

A couple of weeks ago Tom had a work conference in West Virginia so the whole family decided to tag along. We stayed at the prettiest resort nestled between the mountains and had the most relaxing time.

Fall is such a pretty time of year to go visit West Virginia. All of the leaves were changing colors and the weather had a slight chill in the air. At night they had a big bonfire at the resort and we sat around and made s’mores. One afternoon we sat down by the lake and just soaked up the scenery. It was so peaceful and quiet. There is just something about being surrounded by a mountain breeze and birds chirping that makes my soul sing.By the way, I am so obsessed with this new Gathre mat. It’s made of leather so it’s super durable, stain resistant and you can wipe it off easily. I can tell we will be getting a lot of use out of it next Summer at the beach! I can’t believe we are already in Fall! We have some really exciting news coming up so stay tuned!
